Annual Comprehensive Physical Exam
A thorough head-to-toe evaluation, far more detailed than the rushed annual visit most patients are accustomed to. Includes complete medical history review, physical examination, age-appropriate cancer screening recommendations, cardiovascular risk assessment, and personalized prevention planning.
Cancer Screening
Coordination and evaluation of age-appropriate screenings, including colonoscopy referrals, mammography, prostate cancer screening, lung cancer screening for at-risk patients, and skin cancer evaluation.
Cardiovascular Risk Assessment
Comprehensive heart disease risk evaluation including advanced lipid testing, blood pressure monitoring, diabetes screening, family history review, and lifestyle counseling.
Immunizations
Routine adult vaccinations including influenza, COVID-19, pneumonia, shingles, Tdap, and travel vaccines as needed.
Health Maintenance Counseling
Evidence-based guidance on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and other lifestyle factors that drive long-term health.

- Emergency care (always call 911 for emergencies)
- Surgical care (we coordinate referrals to surgeons as needed)
- OB-GYN services (we coordinate with women’s health specialists)
- Specialty cardiology, oncology, or other subspecialty care (we coordinate referrals)
- Substance use disorder treatment (we provide referrals to specialized programs)
- Mental health crisis intervention (we coordinate with psychiatrists and therapists)
When specialty care is needed, Dr. Patel coordinates referrals to trusted specialists in the DFW area and remains involved in your overall care plan.
