What to expect
How it works
Physician screening
Before a first infusion we review your history, medications and allergies. Some conditions rule an infusion out, and we’d rather find that before you’re in the chair.
Reserve a chair
Infusions run on a set day each week with limited chairs. Call or text and we’ll hold your spot.
About 30 minutes
Your infusion is given over roughly half an hour with a warmed saline bag, and you’re monitored throughout.

A medical screening by our physician is required before your first infusion. Infusions are elective wellness services and are not covered by insurance. IV memberships are separate from your Empathy Primary Care membership. These infusions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Pricing effective October 2026.
